At West Wolf Medicinals, we take great pride in our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our goal is to make it right.

To Submit a Return

As soon as possible, please contact your supplier for further guidance regarding a return.

If you purchased your product from one of our authorized resellers, please contact this same reseller to process your return. (Please note, our warranty does not extend to purchases from unauthorized resellers*).

Please be ready to provide your name, order number, shipping address, and the name and lot code of the product to be returned. Having this information ready will help us serve you more effectively.

We will work to meet your needs by either replacing your item or refunding your purchase price for the product in question.


Please Note

We are unable to accept returns for products that were delivered more than 30 days prior to the return request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error on our part.

*Our warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized resellers, including unauthorized sellers on Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplace websites.
